By purchasing tickets, memberships, or making a donation through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

BrightON Stage Productions is a community-based theatre organization. All purchases and interactions made through our website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

• All ticket sales are subject to availability.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and performance listed.
• Please arrive on time; late seating may be restricted at the discretion of the theatre.
• Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.
• All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for tickets except in the event of a performance cancellation initiated by the theatre.

If a performance is canceled, patrons may be offered one of the following:

• A refund to the original method of payment
• An exchange for another performance
• A credit for future use
   

The option provided will be determined by the theatre.
 

• Ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the event of a performance cancellation by the theatre.
• If a performance is canceled, patrons may be offered a refund, credit, or ticket exchange, at our discretion.
• Missed performances, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
• Ticket exchanges may be permitted on a case-by-case basis and must be requested prior to the scheduled performance date. Availability is not guaranteed
   

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
  
   

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove patrons who engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior, without refund.

All website content, including text, images, logos, and promotional materials, is the property of BrightON Stage Productions and may not be used without permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
